Basic Public Prosecution for Organized Crime and Corruption today submitted an indictment against Zoran Zaev, the opposition leader, who is charged with violence against representatives of the highest state authorities, to the Basic Court Skopje 1.
Prosecutors also filed an indictment against four other suspects in the case.
The first accused, former intelligence officer Zoran Verusevski, is charged with unauthorized wiretapping and audio recording, espionage and violence against representatives of the highest state authorities. Verusevski’s wife Sonja is accused of espionage, while the other three for unauthorized wiretapping and audio recording, as well as violence against representatives of the highest state authorities.
