Since the curfew was lifted on the 26th of May, the number of violations on wearing face masks has increased, shows the data provided by the Ministry of Interior. (MOI).
In the period between 27th of May and 1st of June, there were 3.005 violations. Most of the violations occurred on Sunday, the 31st of May, when MOI registered 673 people that didn’t wear any masks.
Nevertheles, although the curfew was lifted, the other measures, as wearing face masks, keeping a physical distance and hands disinfection are still in place. Those that will fail to wear protective masks will be fined with 20 EUR.
