Slowly, the physiognomy of what is on the table in Brussels and in the Club of Representatives is used up, which is that the elections will certainly happen, it is only unclear when, and that there will be a battle over who will the organizer be.
If well analyze the statement of Prime Minister Gruevski that “SDSM should learn that the ministers and prime minister can only be chosen when you win the election and when you get the support of the majority of citizens of the Republic of Macedonia. Until then they will not have the option either for ministers in the government or prime minister, because they lack the necessary trust of the majority of citizens”, it is like he opened two windows: one for the elections and the other for some body (expert, non-party government) which would organize these elections.
The express reaction of the spokesman of SDSM, Peter Schilegov is in the same direction – on Gruevski’s statement he commented: “The idea of SDSM is exactly the same. On elections that will not be organized by Nikola Gruevski, through transitional government, to win and to form new government of the Republic of Macedonia“.
Seemingly conflicting, they, however, between the lines, even explicitly agree, first,on the “elections”, secondly, that Gruevski will not until then go and thirdly, nor Gruevski or Schilegov have ruled out that it can be done by some body, government, which will not be led by neither one of the parties, in other words, a non-party or expert government..
It should be borne in mind that both sides say that these are only talks, that there are yet forthcoming negotiations and that it opens the possibility of new tension and change the format or formula on “how to get to elections”.
