The new presidents of the Supreme Court and Basic Court Skopje 1 will be selected in the New Year, confirmed today the President of the Judicial Council, Zoran Karadzovski, as special evaluations for candidates are still ongoing for the position in both courts.
The Judicial Council, said Karadzovski, must respect the deadline of eight days for appeals because the special evaluation is conducted by a procedure like any regular evaluation.
“Evaluations are confidential and each candidate receives an assessment in an envelope”, said Karadzovski.
He dismissed recent media reports as speculation that some of the presidential candidates had their grades corrected.
