Mijalkov ordered the inhumane and brutal arrest of Ljube Boskovski

The former Director of the Security and Counterintelligence (UBK) Saso Mijalkov is the first suspect in the case “Tortura”, it is said he and another 6 suspects, members of the police unit “Alfa” arrested Ljube Boskovski the leader of the party United for Macedonia in an inhumane and brutal way, one day after the 2011 election.

Prosecutor Fatime Fetai explained at today’s press conference that the police involved in Boskovski’s arrest, had exceeded their powers to please their superiors.

Fatime Fetai to demonstrate the the brutality of the police, publicly announced what  insults were used the day Boskovski was arrested in the parking lot outside the restaurant “Vodenica”.

“His performance of power and the general image of the personality of the first suspect, the former Director of UBK encouraged the behavior of police officers while on duty”, Fetai said in explaining the case.
