The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is preparing a draft law of Foreign Affairs with an explanation that with the numerous changes a legal confusion and a distortion of the whole system was made.
“With the new law, the diplomatic service will be completely reformed. With the new law the forming of a new profesional diplomacy will be allowed in accordance with the Vienna conventions for diplomatic and consular relations, and in accordance of all positive international regulations from the domain of diplomacy” states the explanation of the goals planned with the draft-law published on ENER.
