I have never been a member of SDSM political party, not I have made a payment for the alleged verification of the membership in this political party, said the special public prosecutor Katica Janeva in her reaction regarding the media reporting about her alleged membership in the main opposition party.
Janeva said that the documents which were published by daily newspaper “Vecer” are false, and SPP has issued an appeal to competent organs “to investigate the misuse of special public prosecutor’s personal data taken into account that in the previous period this misuse is repeating.”
“Vecer” has published an article that, according to a deposit slip, claims that Janeva in July last year has paid 400 denars to verify its membership at SDSM.
“We appeal to the media before publishing any news in the future where they are calling upon alleged documents, to check the document’s validity that the publishers call upon, for the purpose of timely and correct informing of the public,” as was stated in today’s announcement issued by Janeva’s cabinet
