In a crowded hall and in the presence of twenty journalists, Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski today gave thirty citizens decision for writing off debts. As Gruvski said, over 9,000 decisions for writing off debts have been issued so far.
Most requests for writing off debts were for electricity, credits, negative balance on transaction accounts, broadcasting fees and heating bills.
– This is our election promise and although many people didn’t believe that we will fulfil it, we decided to help in a way that no one in the world has helped, we reacted in a way that no government has reacted – said Gruevski.
Together with the Prime Minister, the assignment of the decisions was attended by Ministers of Finance and Labor and Social Policy Zoran Stavreski and Dime Spasov.
