Despite the resignation, Ratajkovski is still the editor in chief at MTV1

-

Dime Ratajkovski is still formally and legally the editor in chief at the MRTV’s first channel, even though more than a month ago he has resigned due to personal reasons. But he is still named on the MRTV’s internet page as the first channel’s editor in chief.

Ratajkovski didn’t want to comment and reply to Meta’s question whether his resignation was accepted.

– I still have no information, but even if I did I would have passed it on to you – said Ratajkovski meanwhile confirming that he is still an employee at MTV.

MTV’s Program Council at his last session discussed Ratajkovski’s resignation, but it hasn’t given its approval since a response by the Executive Director Marjan Cvetkovski’s response is awaited.

-The Program Council is discussing the resignation, but officially it hasn’t stated its stance since it waits for the Executive Director to submit a proposition for a dismissal and the appointment of a new editor of the first channel – said for Meta the President of the Program Council, Snezana Klincarova, who also said that the Program Council only states its opinion.

Because legally during elections there cannot be either dismissals and appointments, Klincharova said that Ratajkovski’s resignation will be confirmed immediately after the elections.
