BEG: The delivery of energy has been normalized, but the defect is still worked upon


The “Balkan Energy’s” teams have normalized the delivery of energy то consumers in the central city area and part of the Karposh municipality, but they are still working upon complete repairment of the problem, as was announced this evening by the company.

The company’s representatives have stated that the consumers from these parts of Skopje will gradually, during the night, will receive a normal delivery of heating energy.

“Taking into account that we are facing a major problem within the heating network, Balkan Energy’s
teams will be working during the night on complete removal of the problem in order to secure regular and stable delivery in the system of heating energy” as was stated in the Balkan Energy’s press release where it was also stated that for additional information the consumers can turn to the Center for customer care on the following telephone (02) 3076 200.

Because of a defect (loss of water) in part of the heating network, today at noon the delivery of heating energy was stopped for part of the consumers in the central city area and parts of the Karposh municipality.
