In connection with the newly opened “Vault” case, the Special Public Prosecutor’s Office have filed motions to the Basic Court Skopje 1 for precautionary measures for three suspects, which would mean that the court would have to confiscate the passports of the three individuals.
“In addition, a motion has been filed for pretrial detention for one of the suspects because we believe the suspect to be a flight risk and will impede the criminal proceedings. Also, there are special circumstances in the investigation which justify the fear that the individual will repeat the crime”, said a report by the SPO.
The SPO has also filed a motion to the Basic Court Skopje 1 for a temporary measure, and are requesting to freeze the assets and the Bank accounts of the legal person at “Finzi” LTD Skopje.
