The English mafia is smuggling migrants from France to Britain

-

Residents of Britain are involved in smuggling migrants from France to the United Kingdom, across the English Channel, commented for the BBC the mayor of the French town Teteggem near Dunkirk.

In part of the reportage by the British national service, its field crew noticed cars carrying British plates, nearby the migrant camp on the periphery of Dunkirk, on the north of France.

The mayor of Teteghem Franck Dhersin commented for the BBC that the cars belong to “the English mafia” and can be seen in the area often. He added that the Bretons who are angry of the migrant’s trying to reach the island, “have no idea that these cars are English and their owners are Englishmen.”

According to the BBC, migrants based in Dunkirk pay to get a lift up to a certain location, from where they try to climb aboard one of the trucks that transit through the La Manche.

One migrant from Syria told the BBC that he spent 15,000 pounds (20,000 euro) to get to Great Britain and that most of the smugglers around the camp are British nationals. The migrant had paid 12,000 pounds to reach France from Syria and 3,000 pounds more to get across to the island.
