Zaev: A period when this madness must end is coming

Today, members of opposition parties set a makeshift memorial of the death of democracy in front of the Assembly of Macedonia to mark two years since “Black Monday”. SDSM leader Zoran Zaev, also placed a package of toilet paper.
– Two years after the death of parliamentary democracy in Macedonia, before the monument of “Black Monday”, we promise – we will put an end to the intention of the Government to proceed with its final showdown with the freedom of speech, democracy, and freedom of choice of the citizens. A period when this madness must end is coming. Obviously, the protests by tens of thousands of people on the streets are not enough even to convince the Government to at least discuss the problems. Citizens can recognize how good or bad the situation is just by looking at their wallets. No more lying – said Zaev.
