Today the SDSM will have to return to their parliamentary seats and start implementing the agreement political parties reached on Wednesday. Recently they had frozen their participation in Parliament as a sign of their dissatisfaction of the Constitutional Courts reluctance to rule on the legality of the Special Public Prosecutions Office.
Changes to the Electoral Code must be made today, and at some point tomorrow a draft version of these changes is expected to be shared. As a result of the agreement reached by the four parties, 171.500 people who emerged on the voters list as disputable voters, and are suspected to be abroad, will be placed on an additional list. New checks will be carried out on approximately 40.000 people, and those names will be published three days after the amendments are made to the Electoral Code. The 40.000 people will have to report to the SEC themselves if they are to maintain their right to vote.
