Special Prosecutor Lence Ristoska has stated publicly that tonight, there will be no prosecutors or investigators present in the building of the Administration of Security and Counterintelligence (UBK).
She also stated they had summoned the Interior Minister, Oliver Spasovski, and asked him to ensure a smooth operation.
“We asked the minister to ensure the safety of employees from the SPO. He promised us that the police will ensure their safety. We hope that all this was just a misunderstanding and that we will overcome it, and we were also promised that no documents or equipment will leave the UBK premises tonight. Tomorrow, we will continue implementing the court order and download the required documentation from the UBK”, said Ristoska.
Chief Special Prosecutor, Katica Janeva and her team returned to the UBK to see what happened to their investigator who was removed from UBK premises and has been obstructed in carrying out his duties.
