New charges have been filed against prosecutors from the Special Public Prosecutor’s Office, the media has reported.
The charges have been filed by people from Sveti Nikole who were called upon to be interviewed. Afterwards they complained that associates of Janeva were humiliating and intimidating them, even blackmailing them. The charges for abuse while performing his or her duty, are under Article 143 of the Criminal Code.
Recently other charges were filed against employees from the Special Public Prosecution’s Office, even a judge had complained about their working relationship. The Special Prosecution’s Office responded that they work and function in accordance with the law.
