The former President of VMRO-DPMNE, Ljubčo Georgievski on his Facebook profile, gave his support for Hristijan Mickoski as the new party leader.

Georgievski, who is the party’s first president, considers that Mickoski should be given a chance.

“Out of all names that were candidates for a president of VMRO-DPMNE Hristijan Mickoski is still someone non-compromised, his name wasn’t dragged in the mud due to numerous affairs, he is the most energetic and finally he is the most charismatic. Hristijan has a chance to leave his stamp on VMRO-DPMNE. He should be given a chance” wrote Georgievski on his FB profile.”

Yesterday, at the party’s Congress in Valandovo, Mickovski was elected as a new leader of the biggest opposition party VMRO-DPMNE and took over the position of Nikola Gruevski who was at the party’s helm since 2003.
