Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama sends final warning to Internet portals due to spreading false news about earthquakes which in turn increased panic among the population. This arrives in the aftermath of the tragic earthquake on the 26th of November, informs Portalb.mk.
“I warn for the last time on news portals and channels that under the conditions and legal framework of the State of Emergency, I will be forced to intervene strongly to close them until the end of this dramatic phase, if they continue with the fake news that opens panic! In this extraordinary situation where every word has to be measured it is intolerable to publish charlatanism by local or foreign persons affected by delirium or to distort, as usual the expert pronouncements and explanations. STOP NOW!IMMEDIATELY!!!! wrote Rama on his Twitter account.
