Serbian authorities have decided to close the border with Macedonia, Tabanovce, for migrants and it was done this morning around 7 am, reports “New TV” ( novatv.mk ).
Explanation of Serbia for the move is that there is no more room in the refugee camp in Preshevo. The camp is crowded and has no capacity to accept new migrants.
Serbia says the border will remain closed until the camp in Preshevo is full.
