Today, VMRO-DPMNE, at its regular morning press release, were quoting points from the Albanian platform that, according to the party, “were accepted by Zoran Zaev.”
“The adoption of a joint and resolution at the Parliament of the Republic of Macedonia with which the government of Republic of Macedonia is obliged to get involved actively in the process of solving the name dispute”.
“The inclusion of the Albanians in the working group for direct negotiations with Greece.”
“Quick integration into NATO and the European Union – Fulfilment of all previously mentioned points will unblock Macedonia’s path towards complete integration into NATO and opening negotiations for membership into the EU”, were some of the points stated in the party’s press release.
At the elections, according to the party, the citizens voted for VMRO-DPMNE and not for the “Platform from Tirana.”
-It is impermissible if the Platform from Tirana becomes a condition for forming a government in the Republic of Macedonia. That government would be Tirana made. Zoran Zaev and SDSM have no problem to bend a knee, to proclaim the Albanian language as an official state language along with the Macedonia and the Cyrillic alphabet. Zoran Zaev and SDSM have no problem to change the name of the country, the hymn, its state symbols, the banknotes, the uniforms and the crest– said VMRO-DPMNE.
The party repeated its opinion that the only solution and answer to all issues “can be achieved at new early parliamentary elections and the rejection of all kinds of platforms by foreign countries.”
