Temperatures in all parts of Macedonia this morning were below zero and the lowest temperatures were measured in Bitola and Berovo where the mercury thermometer descended to minus 10 degrees Celsius.
According to measurements by the Hydro-meteorological Service, the morning temperatures in Lazaropole, Prilep, Tetovo and Skopje, Strumica were minus eight degrees Celsius, while in Demir Kapija, Kumanovo and Kriva Palanka it was minus seven. In Debar, Dojran Gevgelija, Krusevo Mavrovo and Stip, minus six, in Ohrid minus five and in Pretor it was minus two degrees Celsius.
During the day partly cloudy weather is expected, followed by a slight wind coming from the south , and in the evening the cloudiness is expected to increase.
The Hydro-meteorological Service announced that tomorrow Macedonia will be hit by a series of humid air waves that will bring variable clouds with the occasional rain and snow on higher ground and mountains.
There may be snowfall in the western parts of the country.
