“Makpetrol” – Skopje will no longer store crude oil, oil derivatives, bio-fuels or fuels for transport, because the company did not have their license extended for energy activities from the Energy Regulatory Commission.
-“Makpetrol” – Skopje timely requested to extend their license on July 10, 2015 and in addition they provided documentation on the basis of which it was issued in 2005. The Energy Regulatory Commission concluded that the license, no.11-90 UP1 / 15 from October 2, 2015, was extended unlawfully for six months and they also asked to submit additional documentation which is not owned by “Makpetrol” – Skopje, nor can they take responsibility. “Makpetrol” – Skopje, starting from May 5, 2016 will not take any action in regards to storing stock and also will not take any responsibility for the consequences that might arise – said a statement from “Makpetrol” – Skopje.
