The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs have no comment regarding the arrest of 36 people, all suspected of violence in Parliament on April 27th, who 6 happen to be MPs from the opposition, VMRO-DPMNE.
Today, the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, states “for a comment on the situation in Macedonia, where late last week there were arrests of representatives from the opposition, who in April, this year, participated in organized rallies against NATO, that is, involvement in the incident in the Parliament.”
“In this regard, I have no reaction. I can check with our experts. If there is anything, I will notify you”, said Zakharova while briefly answering a question regarding the regular weekly briefing of the Russian MFA.
