“Freedom and Privacy on the Internet” is the theme of the Eleventh International Conference “E-society”, which will take place on Thursday, at the hotel ‘Holiday Inn’ and within the project the implementation of “Decentralized cooperation between the Lower Normandy region and Macedonia”, in cooperation with the Foundation for Internet and Society “Metamorphosis” and the International Institute of Human Rights and Peace from Caen, France.
The conference, will be in four sessions, and will cover topics such as human rights as the foundation of modern society, privacy, freedom of expression, the sharing of best practices in human rights education, tools to improve security and privacy on the Internet, standards for journalists, human rights and the fight against hate speech, human rights and elections, all kinds of human rights, as well as conclusions and recommendations for future steps.
The conference at the ‘Holiday Inn’ will be opened by the French Ambassador Laurence Auer, the Minister of Local Government, Lirim Shabani, and the Director of the “Metamorphosis” Bardil Jashari.
