The journalists of the daily newspaper “Vest”, issued by the company “Media Print Macedonia” (MPM), came out today at noon in front of the seat of the company dressed in T-shirts with the slogan “Macedonia employs.” As they say, they want to take advantage of the famous trade union measure to express dissatisfaction with the management plans for wage cuts and the announcement of the dismissal of journalists.
They say it is not a protest or strike and note that tomorrow’s issue of the newspaper will come out regularly.
Employees didn’t give statements and said that the T-shirts are self-explanatory and that this can be interpreted as a dress rehearsal before the celebration of the 15th anniversary of “Vest”, with which they want to support the project to encourage private companies to employ people.
