General Secretary from SDSM Oliver Spasovski calls the court’s ruling ‘Illegal’ in his statement today. VMRO-DPMNE react to Oliver Spasovski’s statement today by saying that panic stalks the offices of SDSM as their made-up material was thrown out of court as evidence, and was done so in full accordance of the law.
“Based on decisions made legally, the court found that these materials were created illegally. This means finding the people responsible for creating and using this material because by doing so, they have violated the laws of the Republic of Macedonia”, reads the written response of VMRO-DPMNE.
The ruling party say that SDSM all knew about the materials, as the law is clear on the matter, however, SDSM carried on lying to their members because “with made-up and created material, they believed they could manipulate their way to power”.
“In Oliver Spasovski’s statement, he makes open and public threats to the courts to scare and intimidate them. We can see here, that if the opposition can make these sort of threats to the courts now, how will this gang manipulate them if they were to come to power”, say VMRO-DPMNE.
