One cannot claim that all media were servicing some kind of Netanyahu propaganda as suggested by the post. The videos show that the sirens clearly alarmed for an air raid and rockets could be seen (according to the texts, the rockets were from Israel’s aircraft defense that repelled the rockets from Hamas). According to the security protocols, the security service of the German Chancellor had to evacuate Scholz. It is beyond common sense that all of them, including the people from his delegation, as well as the journalists traveling with him, to act in favor of some kind of media propaganda for Netanyahu, writes Truthmeter.mk.

We are fact-checking a manipulative post on Facebook (screenshot here) that misuses the war between Israel and Hamas.
On departure from Telaviv of Scholz and the German delegation, a photo of them lying on the runway under the plane was shared.
Allegedly, the runway was racketeered by Hamas!
Why allegedly?
When looking at the image carefully, one can notice within the depth of another parked plane a passenger climbing without any problem and no rocket whatsoever.
A media campaign in favor of Netanyahu and his crimes, states the fact-checked post.
The post also shares a photograph of the German delegation lying on the ground, while in the background, circled in red, one can see a person standing in front of a staircase of another plane, although it is not quite clear whether he is just standing, climbing or descending the aircraft. There is no confirmation for this.
The claim that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and his delegation, including the journalists traveling with him feigned this in favor of Netanyahu’s media campaign is not true.
This event took place on 18 October 2023, when Scholz visited Israel. None of the global media reports mention Hamas shelling the runway in Tel Aviv, so it can’t be used as propaganda as the post claims. Namely, from what can be read, but also seen from the videos shared on the social networks, the event concerned is a rocket attack of Israel and its response to the air raid. Sirens were sounded in Tel Aviv due to the rocket attack, while the security service of the German Chancellor, according to the protocol, had to evacuate the aircraft for security purposes and take Scholz to a shelter.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s plane had to be evacuated at Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport on Tuesday evening due to rocket attacks. Pictures and videos posted on social media show how aides and journalists traveling with the German leader had to hastily leave the plane and take cover by lying down on the runway, while Scholz was reportedly evacuated to a shelter, specified Politico.eu on 18 October.
Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the German daily Welt, Robin Alexander, wrote on Х:
I personally saw explosions in the sky as the Israeli Iron Dome (air defense system) intercepted two missiles, reported Politico.
As reported by the German newspaper Bild, Scholz and those flying with him, were able to get on the plane a few minutes later, following the additional security check.
Immediately prior to departure, there was an air alarm at the Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv. Chancellor Olaf Scholz was already in the governmental plane. All passengers had to go out of the plane and lie down on the asphalt. Scholz was taken out of the plane during the air raid and driven by car to the Airport building where the shelter was. The Chancellor could have seen with his own eyes two explosions, reports Bild.
As the newspaper adds, citing its own information, after that, the security service checked the governmental plane for potential threats. Following the additional checks, the passengers returned to the plane and left Tel Aviv flying into Cairo.
The news regarding the airport incident in Tel Aviv and the evacuation of the German Chancellor was also covered by Macedonian media.
Therefore, it cannot be concluded that all of these media were used for some kind of propaganda of Netanyahu as to justify his actions.
