The Criminal Council of the Basic Court Skopje 1 at today’s session made a decision to reject the appeal of the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the “Bombs” being used as evidence.
“The Criminal Council of the Basic Court Skopje 1 – Skopje, at today’s session a decision was made from the complaints of the Public Prosecutor’s Office – Skopje against the decision of the judge of the preliminary procedure to separate the evidence from the case file to the prosecution was rejected as unfounded, and the decision of the judge from the previous procedure are separated from evidence – audio recordings of telephone conversations and transcripts thence are confirmed, ” said a statement from the Basic Court Skopje 1.
