Deposed bishop Jovan Vranishkovski will be released on Epiphany, 19th of January. Skopje Criminal Court issued a decision on the request of the prison, and, if no one complains, Vranishkovski will be free after 9 days because he meets all legal requirements, i.e. he has served three years and two months or more half from the five and a half year prison sentence.
The request to the court was submitted by the warden of the prison “Idrizovo” on 25th of December, and the Criminal Council held a session today, on which the decision which projects Vranishkovski to be released was brought.
