The judge who presided at a previous process in the Primary court in Struga, placed the suspect in the murder of the Public Revenue Office (UJP) Deputy Director, Argetim Hasani, in a detention pending trial.
They inform from the Prosecutor’s office that they are still collecting evidence towards resolving the case.
“The prosecutor from the Primary public prosecutorship in Struga took the necessary measures to solve the armed attack that happened in Struga, in which one person was gunned down. A forensic analysis has been ordered of the weapon, the crime scene and the deceased. The suspect is a 23 year old from Struga who was placed into custody by the public prosecutor in charge o the case,” says in the Announcement from the Prosecutor.
