Protoger did not appear to testify before the Inquiry Commission

Neither Martin Protoger, adviser to Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski did not appear as a witness in the parliamentary Inquiry Committee over the hacking scandal.

After a slight disagreement between committee members about the rules and what to put as first point on the daily agenda, members agreed to establish working groups of representatives of the Commission of Inquiry, which will go to institutions to collect information on the wire-tapping affair.

Finance Minister Zoran Stavreski also cancelled his testimony, and said he was free to testify on December 17, while the Prime Minister, ten minutes before the start of yesterday’s session, announced he would not appear at the scheduled time, but on the 14th of December.

In the coming days an invitation was sent to Sasho Mijalkov to make a statement before the committee have Saso Mijalkov for tomorrow, on December 14th, Gordana Jankulovska and on the 15th of December Mile Janakieski, however none of them confirmed that he would come. The appearance before the committee is not mandatory.
