Instead of the originally planned half a billion euros borrowing through Euro-bonds, the state will borrow 270 million euros.
The change in the decision was made by the Ministry of Finance, and was published in the “Official Gazette”.
Funds were initially planned to cover the budget deficit for this year and next year and to refinance the previous debts.
