The Interior Minister Oliver Spasovski, visited policeman T. P. at the Emergency Centre in Skopje, and wished him a speedy recovery.
The MOI, reported that during last night’s events in Butel, three policemen were, but after they were treated, they were released from hospital.
“The Police officers were injured after a group of a several hundred people tried to break through the police barrier to confront the group who had previously set up tents in the place where a religious landmark is meant to constructed”, said a statement from the Ministry of Interior.
