This message was also tweeted via the British Ambassador to Macedonia Charles Garret on his Twitter.
Today the Constitutional Court of Macedonia at the session, which began just after 9:00 am, decides whether the President will have the right to pardon people convicted of electoral fraud or whether the current law remain the same, as it was amended in 2009.
