Today, the civil initiative “I Protest” have organised protests in nine cities across the country again President Ivanov’s decision to pardon government officials and their close associates.
Apart from Skopje, protests will be held in Strumica, Veles, Ohrid, Kicevo, Kavadarci, Bitola, Prilep and Radovish.
“I Protest” in Skopje will be holding their 14th protest, which will start at 18:00 in front of the Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPO).
Yesterday thousands of people began the protest outside the SPO, and proceed to Parliament and then Government, they paint bombed the walls of the Ministry of Justice and the Public Office of the President. At the protest, some of the demonstrators burnt photos of President Ivanov.
