Munir Pepik, an employee at the police station Centar, according to (for now) unconfirmed information, a suspect in Operation “Titanic” whose home is in Batinci, has been searched at the request of the Special Public Prosecution (SPP).
Apart from confirming that this morning a police operation was conducted, there is still no official information on whether anything was found and whether anyone was arrested.
According to the preliminary information, the police operation was for collecting material as evidence and that no arrests were made.
Pepik, otherwise, was one of the suspects in Operation “Titanic”, and the SPP already had requested that he be taken into custody, but the court denied their request, and the panel’s decision was also negative on the appeal by Katica Janeva’s team of prosecutors.
