During today’s press conference, the President of VMRO-DPMNE Hristijan Mickoski has suggested that 6 criminal and constitutional law professors to prepare the Law on Public Prosecution.
He said that no one is against this law but against the current draft law which he named as party oriented. Mickoski suggested the following professors: Vlado Kambovski, Gordana Siljanovska, Nikola Tupanchevski, Gordan Kalajdziev, Tanja Karakamisheva and Gordana Lazetik.
VMRO-DPMNE’s party leader also informed that his party’s MP group will file a proposal for the Parliament to dissolve on the 12th of February and then it will be more clear who is in favor of and who is against the early elections.
“It is not about the law, but the polls indicate derailed ratings. Zaev wants to postpone the elections and to avoid responsibility. He is using the law to flee from the elections” said Mickoski as a reaction to Zoran Zaev’s statement if the Law on Public Prosecution isn’t adopted the Parliament will not dissolve.
