The Criminal Council of the Basic Court Skopje 1 have terminated the jail detentions of Zoran Verushevski and Georgi Lazarevski who are both accused in the case “Putsch”, the Basic Court Skopje 1 announced this afternoon.
The court granted the proposed guarantee from the defence, and the proposal of the Special Prosecutor to prohibit the defendants leaving their residences, the city of Skopje, and to temporarily seize all their travel documents.
