The coronavirus crisis reduced the number of employees in the tourism sector between 81-100 %

In conditions when the situation with the tourism sector is painful and complex, it is hard to imagine that one measure can compensate the consequences from the COVID-19 pandemic due to the scope of the problems that resulted and are getting increased. A new critical period has started whena new set of economic measures will be necessary, states the “Study of the Effects on the Private Sector – Tourism and Catering that were hit by the health-economic crisis resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic”

The analysis contains proposals for managing the economic consequences and was prepared as part of the USAID project – Partnership for Better Business Regulation.
