Flexible working hours for all employees in the state administration shall be introduced and in certain institutions, a two shift working hours announced the Minister for Administration and Information Society, Damjan Manchevski, informing that this was decided at today’s session of the Government of the Republic of Macedonia.
The decision shall be applied on the 1st of September and starting from then, the shift shall start between 7:30 and 8:30 am and it will end between 15:30 and 16:30 where the work schedule shall be 8 hours. Manchevski said that as it was announced in the Government’s program, this decision shall regulate the two-shift work schedule for certain institutions such as the Public Revenue Office, Customs Services and other institutions that are providing services to citizens.
The working hours in these institutions shall be happening between 7:00 until 14:00 and from 14:00 until 21:30, including the first Saturday in the month with a work schedule, starting from 8:00 until 16:00 o’clock.
