This change in the decision for limited movements is directed towards helping pet owners.
The measures towards limiting the movements during the weekends in the period between 4 pm until 5am, the next day, has caused fierce reactions among associations for rpotections of animals and pet owners. They appealed to be allowed more time so their pets can conduct their physiological needs in nature.
