New 139 COVID-19 cases in North Macedonia, one death and 239 recoveries

In North Macedonia, 1 627 COVID-19 tests were conducted in the last 24 hours and 139 new cases were registered. The distribution by cities is as follows; Skopje 30; Kumanovo 20; Debar 2; Shtip 15; Prilep 1; Tetovo 6; Struga 8; Bitola 2; Ohrid 3; Kavadarci 8; Gostivar 19; Gevgelija 1; Strumica 2; Kochani 5; Demir Hisar 2; Makedonski Brod 3; Berovo 1; Delchevo 1; Sveti Nikole 6; Kichevo 4, the Ministry of Health reports.

It also announced the death of one COVID-19 patient – a man from Ohrid, aged 66, who died in hospital.

The Institute for Public Health today registered 239 patients who recovered. The distribution by cities is as follows: Skopje 132; Kumanovo 22; Debar 8; Shtip 14; Prilep 4; Tetovo 6; Veles 1: Bitola 7; Kavadarci 3; Gostivar 2; Kochani 3, Demir Hisar 4; Delchevo 3; Sveti Nikole 23; Kichevo 6; Negotino 1.

The total number of COVID-19 diagnosed patients in North Macedonia from the start of the epidemic is 12 217, the number of patients who recovered is 8 487, the number of deceased is 530, and the number of active cases in the country now is 3 200. Up to date, total of 119 102 COVID-19 tests were conducted. Today there were no testings within the COVID-19 screening program.
