The European Commission today in Brussels stressed that it must be clarified who is responsible for the clash between the police and the armed people in Kumanovo in order for the European Union and the Commission to be able to act, emphasized Maja Kocijanchik, spokeswoman for EU Enlargement Commissioner Johannes Hahn.
She noted that the remarks that EULEX and the EU are not doing their job properly in Kosovo are not exemplary. Kocijanchik stressed the need for an investigation into what happened in Kumanovo this weekend.
