In November last year, 208 building permits were issued in North Macedonia, which is 14.4% drop compared to the same month n 2019, announced the State Statistical Office (SSO) of North Macedonia.
The assumed value of the facilities is 1.921.700 MKD (31.247.000 EUR) which is 22.2 % less compared to the same month in the prevoius year.
Out of the total number of the building permits, 112 or 53.9% were for high rise construction and 20 or 9.6% were low storey objects. 76 or 36.5% of the permits were for reconstruction of buildings, the SSO notified.
