European Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations, Johannes Hahn, tonight through his Twitter account said that substance and quality are more important than the date for the elections.

His reaction comes after the US Ambassador Jess Bailey, tonight announced the assessment of the EU and US of the conditions for holding elections on April 24.
The letter states that at this point in time there are no current conditions for holding elections on April 24 and that political parties should remain committed to the Przhino Agreement and to create conditions for credible elections that would be held as soon as possible.
