Gruevski: Transitional government is possible, but without VMRO-DPMNE

Zoran Zaev is directly involved in the destabilization of the country, said President of VMRO-DPMNE Nikola Gruevski at the forum that the party held in SC “Boris Trajkovski” this afternoon.

– Do you see his spasm, he is threatening. Finally, he decides that what is lawful and what is not. In his greed for authority, money and power and in despair to show off in front of the members he forgets who he is. He is a man who abuses the municipality to make a profit. He is trying to make us forget about Shekerinska, who was an official during a dark time for Macedonia. Which country in the world has an example of a person as Zaev, who goes out on a press conference and spits on anyone with materials obtained by foreign service. Where in the world is this allowed? The notion that this is a battle of life and death is folce. Our opponents are lying to themselves – said Gruevski.

He recommended the membership of SDSM that “he won’t allow them to make enemies out of us.”

– Conspirators would want that, but VMRO-DPMNE won’t allow it. One of the goals is to freeze employment and investments. Well, it will not be accepted. We won’t allow it. Zaev demands a new prosecutor. For us it is important the prosecutor to enforce the law. I am convinced that the prosecutor does so. On the other hand, we are ready for all the things for which are doubts for our members to be maximally transparent. I want to say that the request for a transitional government in Macedonia is possible and feasible, but only without VMRO-DPMNE in it. We thought and think that people wanted a mandate and it determines who will and who won’t form a government. The transitional government makes room for serious precedent. I want to say that VMRO-DPMNE will not change the Constitution of Macedonia to change its constitutional name, it will not allow the Macedonian identity, language and culture to be changed. VMRO-DPMNE, as a responsible party, will not accept a settlement of the dispute imposed by Greece without having to go to a referendum, and the majority of citizens to accept the referendum – said Gruevski.

He noted that this crisis “will end in legal proceedings in accordance with the laws of Macedonia” and “how long it will last depends on one second, one moment,” alluding probably to the documents of the opposition.

Gruevski reiterated benefits for pensioners and the project for free spa, for students and for pupils.

– Construction of three highways throughout Macedonia is ongoing. Computers for every child were provided, and next year we will provide tablets with keyboards for all. More than 15 new flights were introduced. Macedonia receives positive recommendation for accession negotiations with the EU. Macedonia has met all the requirements for entry into NATO. Purchase of yards for one euro per square meter was provided. Foreign exchange reserves are more than two billion euros. That what is means to fight for Macedonia. In times when we are under serious attack for political and systemic destabilization, we work on our projects – emphasized Gruevski.

He sent a message from the meeting that the party will now go “from home to home, from house to house, from family to family.”

– All rise, a march from town to town awaits – said Gruevski at the end.

On the beginning addressed actor Toni Mihajlovski, director Ljubisha Georgievski and defender Johan Tarchulovski, who ended his speech with the call “Long lives Macedonia, united Macedonia”.

Members of the ensemble “Tanec”, who are doing Macedonian patriotic songs, performed as part of the artistic and entertainment section of the forum.

The forum began with the Macedonian anthem, which was sung by Kaliopi.
