The Social Democratic Union, on Sunday at the Party Congress, will announce their list of candidates for MPs for the upcoming early parliamentary elections, stated today Zoran Zaev, the President of the SDSM.
He stated that talks have lasted all day with coalitions partners and with citizens.
“We will announce our list of candidates on November 6, on Sunday, which is also when we have scheduled the Party Congress. Currently, day-long talks with coalition partners are taking place, however, above all else, we pay the greatest attention to meetings with citizens, who will be part of the joint lists. Until then, I do not want to disclose any more details”, said Zaev.
He stated that he did not want to comment on the statement made by DUI leader, Ali Ahmeti, that the SDSM does not need to acquire votes from the Albanian population, but he did say to Ahmeti and “to anyone in power” to fulfill their own agenda.
