The Minister of Defense, Zoran Jolevski, during today’s visit to Shtip, said that the security of the country in Macedonia is a high level, but that ARM is monitoring the situation closely.
– The situation with the security in Macedonia is at a high level and is stable. We, as an army and including other institutions, closely monitor the security condition and we are ready to act accordingly – said Jolevski.
Jolevski, who was inspecting the technical preparedness of the Second mechanized infantry battalion stationed in Shtip, announced a modernization of the Army of Republic of Macedonia (ARM) through a 10-year project in the amount of 10 million euros.
