Gruevski: The decision to hold an urgent Congress was made unanimously

The decision to hold an urgent Congress by the Executive Committee of VMRO-DPMNE, December 22nd and 23rd in Valandovo, as well as the number of delegates, was adopted at the EC meeting on December 3rd unanimously, with no votes against, said the outgoing leader of VMRO- DPMNE, Nikola Gruevski on his Facebook page.

Gruevski pointed out that no member of the Central Committee or any of the invited guests had any remarks or were in opposition of holding the Congress on the date it was held, and that none of the participants proposed a collective presidency.

24 hours before the expiration of the deadline, he invited all the interested candidates to collect the signatures necessary to run, and delegates urged them to decide freely.
