The Residents of Karpos poured out onto the streets again at 12 pm today to protest against the urban detailed plan which they say is dubious and opaque.
They blocked traffic for half an hour on the Partisan Boulevard, at the junction just outside the mall “Skopje City Mall.”
Disgruntled citizens last Saturday blocked the same Boulevard and have said that they will continue to protest until changes are made to the urban plans for Karpos and they want to prevent the destruction of green areas in their neighbourhood.
